Booking and Cancellation Policy for Nikki Mitchell Makeup, Brows, Tan and Skin

Please carefully review the following booking and cancellation policy before confirming your appointment. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

 

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In such situations, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we will do our best to find a fair and reasonable solution within the framework of this policy.

 

Booking Process:

  • To secure your booking date and time, a 50% non-refundable booking fee is required upon confirmation. This fee covers administrative costs associated with processing your booking and reserving your dedicated time slot. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
  • Bookings are not considered confirmed until the 50% booking fee is received.

 

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes plans change. However, due to the nature of our business with requirement to secure appointments in advance, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Cancellation at any time: The 50% booking fee is non-refundable at any stage after booking confirmation. If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you will forfeit the 50% booking fee. This fee covers the administrative costs incurred and the reservation of your dedicated time slot.

 

Rescheduling:

  • More than 7 days’ notice: Rescheduling your appointment with more than 7 days’ notice prior to your scheduled start time may allow you to transfer your existing 50% booking fee at our discretion to the new appointment date (for the same service only and subject to availability).
  • Less than 7 days’ notice: Rescheduling your appointment with less than 7 days’ notice prior to your scheduled start time will result in the forfeiture of your 50% non-refundable booking fee. A new 50% booking fee will be required to secure the rescheduled appointment.

 

No-Shows:

  • Failure to attend your scheduled appointment (no-show) will result in the forfeiture of your 50% non-refundable booking fee. A new 50% booking fee will be required to secure any future appointments.

 

Important Information:

  • The 50% booking fee is non-refundable at any time after booking confirmation, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
  • While our booking fee is non-refundable, it maybe transferable at our discretion to a new date if as outlined above.
  • This policy is in line with Australian Consumer Law. Your rights as a consumer are protected, and we are committed to providing our services to you in a professional and fair manner.
